Sorry I disagree. We were also newone when we joined and we have learnt the work in a shoter period. We have enjoyed a comfortable life, let us pave way for youngsters. Sir, As far as the present economic and social conditions of unemployed are concerned , the retirement age must be reduced to 58 or 30 years of service whichever is earlier. Besides, one can not work peacefully over the age of 55 years, because most people are suffering from Blood pressure, Sugar, Cancer and many non communicable diseases alongwith infectious diseases. Retirement age may be fixed as 55 or 30 years of service. Thereafter, there should not be any condition to continue their services with the discretion of govt. Employees. At the same time, they have to submit their asset details to get pension.
Better reduce the retirement age to 55. That is enough. Our new government will switch over to old pension scheme. The staff will not be affected. This will boost the employment opportunities for youngsters.

There are lakh and lakhs of educated guys are waiting for job for many years….. What is the need of increasing age limit !!! If possible the government can reduce the age 55.
Please consider the younger generation.Moreover you can’t expect much from the 57 & 58 aged people. They become weak at this age. Why to waste the bubbly potential of the youngsters.!!
