Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the sustainability and ESG agenda, objectives, goals, and programs by coordinating with different business functions
- Work & build the ESG Dashboard and the comprehensive ESG reporting framework. Deliver annual ESG report and BRSR in line
with regulations and global accepted standards - Provide guidance to internal teams on sustainability programmes, risks, opportunities including ESG due diligence
- Support in organizing ESG taskforce and Board meetings and reporting progress
- Prepare and review internal control mechanisms and standard operating procedures
- Support in positioning IndiGo as a leader in ESG in the aviation sector
