TNTET Paper-I ????? ?????????:

• Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks. Appearing or passed in the final year of a 2-year Diploma Programme in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR,
• Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks. Appearing or passed in the final year of a two-year Diploma program in Elementary Education in accordance with NCTE, 2022. OR,
• Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks. Appearing or passed in the final year of a four-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) OR,
• Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks. Appearing or passed in the final year of a two-year Diploma program in Education (Special Education). OR,
• Graduation. Appearing or passed in the final year of a two-year Diploma program in Elementary Education. OR,
• Graduation with at least 50% marks. Appearing or passed in the final year of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program.

TNTET Paper-II ????? ?????????:

• Graduation. Appearing or passed in the final year of a two-year Diploma program in Elementary Education. OR,
• Graduation with at least 50% marks. Appearing or passed in the final year of the Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) program. OR,
• Graduation with at least 45% marks. Appearing or passed in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) program following the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations. OR,
• Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks. Appearing or passed in the final year of a four-year B.A/B.Sc. Ed or B.A. Ed./B.Sc. Ed. program. OR,
• Graduation with at least 50% marks. Appearing or passing in the final year of a B.Ed. (Special Education) program. OR,
• Any candidate that has qualified for a B.Ed program recognized by the NCTE. Also, anyone who is pursuing teacher�s education courses under NCTE, RCI is eligible to take the TET exam.
