கல்வித்தகுதி: விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the discipline with at least 55% marks in Post graduation.  அல்லது அதற்கு சமமான தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

• Aptitude and Subject knowledge Item writing Test
• Group Discussion, Presentation OR any other Simulation Exercises
• Personal Interview
