Reserve Bank of India எனப்படும் RBI ஆனது தேர்வுகள் நடத்துவதன் மூலம் தகுதியானவர்களை தேர்வு செய்து அதன் காலிப்பணியிங்கள் நிரப்பி வருகிறது. இதில் Grade ‘B’ பணிக்கான காலிப்பணியிடங்கள் Phase I, Phase II தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்காணல் மூலம் நிரப்பப்படுகிறது. இத்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற முறையான பயிற்சி மிகவும் முக்கியமானதாகும். எனவே தேர்வர்களுக்கு உதவும் வகையில் Grade ‘B’ Phase 1 தேர்வுக்கான பாடத்திட்டம் கீழே தொகுத்து வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
