தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை: விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் ஆன்லைன் தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்காணல் மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
- Phase-I – Preliminary Examination
- Phase-II – Main Examination
- Phase-III – Interview
- Phase-IV – Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination
Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) லைஃப் இன்சூரன்ஸ் கார்ப்பரேஷன் ஆஃப் இந்தியா (எல்.ஐ.சி) 1257 பயிற்சி நிலைய அதிகாரி (Apprentice Development Officer – ADO) தேர்வுக்கு தயாராவோர் கீழே உள்ள இணைப்பில் தேர்வு மாதிரியை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்துகொள்ளலாம்.

Selection of Apprentice Development Officer from Open Market Category will be done through Two Phase Examination
கட்டம் -1: முதுநிலை தேர்வு முறை (Preliminary Examination)
முதுநிலை தேர்வுக்கு மூன்று பிரிவுகள் உள்ளன. ஒவ்வொரு பிரிவிற்கும் தனித்தனி நேரம் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும். இந்த தேர்வு குறிக்கோள் வகையில் (Objective Type) கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும்.

- ஆங்கில மொழித் தேர்வானது தகுதித் தன்மை வாய்ந்ததாக இருக்கும், மேலும் ஆங்கில மொழியில் மதிப்பெண்கள் தரவரிசைப்படுத்தப்படாது.
- ஒவ்வொரு பிரிவிலும் மதிப்பெண்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 20 மடங்குக்கு சமமானதாக இருக்க வேண்டும், இது கிடைக்கும் பட்சத்தில், முதன்மை தேர்வு தேர்வு செய்யப்படும்.
கட்டம் -2: முதன்மை தேர்வு முறை (Mains Examination)
முதன்மை தேர்வு குறிக்கோள் வகையில் (Objective Type) கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும். 150 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு குறிக்கோள் வகை (Objective Type) வினாக்கள் கொடுக்கப்படும்.

முகவர்கள் (Agents) மற்றும் பணியாளர்களின் (Employees) பிரிவில் இருந்து பயிற்சி நிலைய அதிகாரி தேர்வு செய்வது ஒற்றை கட்ட சோதனை (Single Phase Examination) அதாவது முதன்மை தேர்வு மூலம் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவர்.

- முதன்மை தேர்வில் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண்களை கொண்டு நேர்காணல் தேர்வுக்கு தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவர்.
- முதன்மை தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்காணல் ஆகியவற்றில் பெற்ற மதிப்பெண்களை வைத்து தகுதி பட்டியலில் அவர்கள் பெயர் இடம் பெறும்.
Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination:
தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள், எல்.ஐ.சி அங்கீகரிக்கும் மருத்துவ பரிசோதனையாளரால் மருத்துவ ரீதியாக தகுதியுடையவர் எனக் குறிக்கப்படுவர்.
