CBSE 10, 12ம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வுகளை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் – முதல்வர் கோரிக்கை!!
நாடு முழுவதும் கொரோனா தாக்கம் பரவி வருகிறது. இந்த நேரத்தில் சிபிஎஸ்இ 10 மற்றும் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வுகளை நடத்துவது குறித்து டெல்லி முதல்வர் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால், மத்திய கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் ரமேஷ் பொக்ரியாலுக்கு கடிதம் எழுதியுள்ளார்.
பொதுத்தேர்வுகள் ரத்து:
நாடு முழுவதும் கொரோனா இரண்டாம் அலை தாக்கம் வேகமாக பரவி வருகிறது. கடந்த 24 மணி நேரத்தில் கொரோனாவால் 1.61 லட்சத்துக்கு அதிகமானோர் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். கொரோனாவை கட்டுப்படுத்த பல புதிய திட்டங்களை அரசு அறிவித்தது. பல்வேறு மாநிலங்களில் கொரோனா கட்டுப்பாடு நடவடிக்கையாக இரவு ஊரடங்கு அமல்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மேலும் பள்ளி மற்றும் கல்லூரிகள் மூடப்பட்டுள்ளன. பல மாநிலங்களில் பொதுத்தேர்வுகள் ஒத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. தமிழகத்தில் 1 முதல் 11 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை தேர்வுகள் நடைபெறாமல் தேர்ச்சி வழங்கப்பட உள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்நிலையில் மத்திய இடைநிலை கல்வி வாரியம் சார்பில் நடத்தப்படும் 10 மற்றும் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வுகள் கட்டாயம் நடைபெறும் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த அசாதாரண சூழ்நிலையில் மாணவர்களுக்கு நேரடியாக தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்படுவதால் ஆபத்து ஏற்பட வாய்ப்புள்ளத்தாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு, பல தரப்பில் இருந்து இதற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் இந்த பொதுத்தேர்வுகள் கட்டாயம் நேரடியாக நடத்தப்படும் என சிபிஎஸ்இ தரப்பில் கூறப்பட்டது.

இது குறித்து காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி பொதுச் செயலாளர் பிரியங்கா காந்தி சிபிஎஸ்இ பொதுத்தேர்வுகளை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என கோரிக்கை வைத்தார். இந்நிலையில் தற்போது டெல்லி முதல்வர் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால் மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சருக்கு கோரிக்கை கடிதம் அனுப்பியுள்ளார். அதில் “சிபிஎஸ்இ பொதுத்தேர்வுகளை மத்திய அரசு ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும். டெல்லியில் கொரோனா தாக்கம் அதிகமாக பரவி வருவதால் பொதுத்தேர்வு எழுதியுள்ள 6 லட்சம் மாணவர்கள் நிலைமை மிகவும் முக்கியம்.

மாணவர்களுக்கு நேரடி முறையில் பொதுத்தேர்வு நடத்தாமல் ஆன்லைன் மூலமாக பொதுத்தேர்வு நடத்தலாம். கொரோனா இரண்டாம் அலை தாக்கம் முதல் அலை போல் இல்லாமல் மிகவும் ஆபத்தானது. எனவே மாணவர்கள் நலன் கருதி இந்த தேர்வுகளுக்கு முக்கிய முடிவுகளை எடுக்க வேண்டும்”, இவ்வாறு அந்த கடிதத்தில் குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தார்.

Good Morning. Due to the corona problem all the students and Parents were affected mentally and scared about the virus. All the parents also scared about their children’s health and liveliness. The HRD minister and CBSE / NCERT board is announced the direct exam for 10th and 12th standard in this corona 2nd wave aggressive pandemic situation. As per the above critical decision, so many students, Parents, Grant Parents and the area peoples have the chance to affect the corona and spoil their health and the parents were also disappointed.
Reasons for Parents Disappointed:
1. Now a days the Corona virus 2nd wave is aggressively spread all over India comparatively higher than all other countries. So if the students go for direct exam corona spreading chance is very high.
2. And Corona Spreading ratio is raising Every day Particularly in Maharashtra, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala Etc., As per the prime minister advise, we followed and stay in our homes in the lock down period but this CBSE direct exam decision is spoiled the lockdown motive and chance to create the various corona hotspots.
3. State governments announced the partial Lock down and some states announced full Lockdown also. In this critical lock down situation so many parents affected financially and their daily life methods are changed abnormally so they were not able to taking care about their children’s Education.
4. For Last Educational year maximum period were in Lock down. So the students are not able to go for the school directly. In this corona scare the tuition centers also didn’t take the class. Due to this problem the teachers also were not able to taking direct care about their students Education.
5. In the beginning Teachers not have the previous experience to take the successive online classes so they were not gave their full effort of coaching.
6. Teachers and students were not able to communicate properly in the online classes without the electronic devices and due to the lack of internet facilities.
7. So the student’s atmosphere is not suitable for preparing the Board Exam properly.
8. All the students and Parents were affected mentally and scared about the Corona virus 2nd Wave.
9. Till date the students were not even vaccinate.
10. In this Situation of corona fear, how the schools and Teachers will conduct the direct Exam? If they will conduct the Exam How the students will go and write for their Exam without fear?
11. Tamilnadu and Karnataka State governments were passed all the students without the exam up to 11th and colleges also. But Very few CBSE and NCERT Boards adamantly conduct the direct Exam in this pandemic situation. So the parents feel the partiality.
12. Education boards are feeling about the Students education quality only, but the parents are feeling about their liveliness and Health. In case due to this exam any one teacher or student corona death will happen who will be the responsible for that?
13. At the same time if the CBSE is conduct the direct exam suppose the corona is spread through the students totally the whole family and the area peoples also affected. This is chance to raise the corona big boom in India.
So as on the above reasons, kindly cancel the Board Exams and also give all pass to all students. And kindly give the marks to the students, based on their across the annual performance, Group Coordination, Involvement and Participation, Attendance, projects, All Practice Test marks and quarterly and Half yearly exam marks. If you promote the students, lakhs of students, Teachers and parents get the pleasure to handle the critical situation easily and safely. So kindly consider this regards and we will expect the favorable result.
